While Diet may seem to be an odd fit with our other content, we nonetheless believe that God is nothing, if not practical.

After trying many diets, we have finally found one that works!  Part of the reason it works is because it is not really a diet, but a "lifestyle."  Diets are temporary, whereas lifestyle is permanent!  (Ironically, we still use the word Diet in our terminology...Go figure)!

So, what "Diet" are we talking about?  ...The Fat and Sugar Diet!

Let us explain

As most people know, fat and sugar are the main "culprits"/"enemies."  Just by controlling the amount of fat and sugar consumed you can control your weight!  It is that simple.  Cut back on fat and sugar and you will lose weight After you have lost any extra pounds, you may increase your intake of fat and sugar to maintain weight.  That's it!  Anything further is just an elaboration and/or supplemental; but our perennial focus is, "Fat and Sugar." ("Fat and Sugar" " Fat and Sugar"...).

Only one further note for now

All animal products are relatively high in fat .  That means all meats (including fish)  dairy products and eggs.  So, if you want to cut down on fat, then it will help a lot if you cut down on animal products (See related video). Equally, the fat in animal products tends to be "bad fat;" whereas, for example, fat in plant based foods is "good fat."
